With over 11 years of experience in Singapore real estate, Grace has helped homeowners, buyers and investors make confident property decisions and build stronger property portfolios.
Grace graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) (Honours) and previously gained industry experience with established property developers including UOL Group and Far East Organization.
Before joining ERA as a real estate professional, Grace has also spent more than seven years as an educator with the Ministry of Education (MOE). This experience greatly shaped the way Grace advises her clients today — by making complex property matters easier to understand and helping them make informed decisions based on facts, numbers and their long-term objectives.
Throughout her career with ERA, Grace has consistently been recognised as a top achiever, receiving multiple awards year after year.
Her work goes beyond simply helping clients buy or sell a property. She has assisted many homeowners with their asset progression, from upgrading their homes to restructuring their property holdings, and have guided investors in identifying opportunities with strong potential for capital appreciation and rental returns.
