I advise homeowners across HDB flats, condominiums and landed homes. My landed-property work is supported by the PropNex Eminence Landed team, while my wider transaction experience allows me to guide families moving between different property types.
Before entering real estate in 2010, I worked in banking and home-loan financing. This background helps me explain property and financing considerations in practical terms, while working with clients’ legal, tax and financial professionals where specialist advice is required.
My business has grown largely through long-term relationships, past clients and referrals. I believe good property advice begins by understanding the family’s situation—not by beginning with a listing.
