I have been in the real estate industry since 2010, helping homeowners, buyers and investors make confident property decisions through experience, market knowledge and practical advice.
Over the years, I have developed a strong specialisation in landed properties, private residential homes and property investment, with particular experience in the sale and purchase of landed homes across Singapore. My background in property development and construction also allows me to advise clients beyond just the transaction. I am able to provide insights into land potential, redevelopment possibilities, renovation considerations, construction costs and the overall feasibility of a property.
My approach is centred on understanding each client’s objectives before developing the right strategy, whether it involves selling a family home, upgrading to a landed property, acquiring an investment property or planning for the next generation.
