I’m Azhar Aziz, and I’ve been in real estate since 2014. I help buyers and sellers make sense of their options, whether they’re buying their first home, upgrading from an HDB flat to an EC or private property, or right-sizing for their next stage of life.

For sellers, I bring thoughtful marketing, hands-on coordination and negotiation focused on your priorities. My earlier career in events and marketing shaped the planning and attention to detail I bring to each move.
