i am planning to invest in this new project "North Point Bizhub" Is $210/sqft worth investing? What should I look out for buying a industrial for investment?

Dear Steven

A'Posh is a new B1 office look industrial building next to Northpoint Bizhub.

A'Posh is 60 years leasehold from 2010 and TOP in Q3 of 2012.

A'Posh will be the only non-ramp up industrial building along Yishun Ave 6. Currently, there will be a 3rd B2 industrial building coming up behind A'Posh which is ramp up unit.

Regard to your question. As for commerical property is not so stress and it get a good return yield in rental and is good investment.
