Hi, I'm a foreigner, import metal scrap to my country from Singapore. For my import related purposes, I need to rent a land in Singapore to keep and loading/unloading metal scrap. I just have a registered company in Singapore. I don't have any PR or Entre pass. Now, my question is, am I eligible to rent a land here? Do I need to complete any other procedure before renting a land here?
