Hi I am interested in getting a good value commercial property for the purpose of passive income. ( My impression is that commercial properties will provide better yield vs condos ) but im not sure if it is harder to rent. Budget not exceeding $1M. What are my options?

Hi Mario,..there are a number of properties on sale,..with your budget,i belive it should be no problem...To get your investment on-going,..i would also suggest buying with tenancy.meaning take-over a current commercial property which has already a tenant..or you have some other plan? location is also important..many areas we have to think about so that tenants will want or keep on re-contract when it expires...hope to hear from you soon and looking forward to assist.Thanks

Price on ground floor fr $1.2k psf and 2nd floor fr $610k psf. Another unit at Paramount Shopping Centre, East Coast Rd $450,000 (377sqft).
