Looking to rent out my office space at Vertex located at UBI AVE 3. The size is 1421 sqft. Am looking for agents who can help me rent out the office space and how much rental can it fetch?

Market asking rentals at Vertex range from $2.50 to $3psf, depending on the condition, facing & floor level.

I have many corporate tenants on hand now, looking for office cum warehouse space in this area.
