| Terms & Conditions: |
- This promotion is open only to CEA licensed estate agents excluding employees of Canon Singapore Pte. Ltd. (Canon"), Canon's distributors/dealers and All Property Media Pte. Ltd.).
- All referrals must be based in Singapore.
- Multiple referrals may be submitted as long as referrals are not duplicated.
- If a referral is submitted by more than 1 agent, eligibility will be granted to the agent who first submitted the referral.
- In order for the referral to be successful:
- referral must request for and acknowledge receipt of Canon's sales proposal within 2 months from the date the referral is submitted; and
- the sales proposal must include at least one of the products listed in Canon's "Give a Lead, Get a Reward! List of Products Offered".
- Shopping vouchers will be given to the first 100 Successful Referrals.
- All vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and subject to the terms and conditions accompanying them (if any). Canon may substitute the vouchers with any other item of similar value without notice or reason.
- Only successful participants will be notified via e-mail and vouchers must be collected personally by 31 August 2011.
- Canon shall not be liable in any way to any person for any loss, damage or injury arising from or in connection with this promotion.
- Canon's decision on all matters relating to this promotion shall be final and Canon shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence with any participant on any matter relating to this promotion
- Canon may at any time discontinue this promotion, vary any of these Terms and Conditions, disqualify any participant and/or withdraw any award without notice or reason.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore laws and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
